• Knowledge-base powered responses

• Dashboard management tools

HelloManny generates draft responses based on information provided by you.

We do not independently verify the accuracy of your content.

 

2. Subscription & Billing

• Subscription fee: $25 per month.

• First month is free.

• No credit card required at signup.

• After the free period, billing begins automatically.

• You may cancel with 30 days written notice.

• Fees are non-refundable once charged.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

​

You are solely responsible for:

​

• The accuracy of your FAQ and knowledge base content

• Reviewing AI-generated responses before sending (if applicable)

• Monitoring communications sent via the platform

• Compliance with all laws applicable to your business

You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may contain errors.

 

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

HelloManny uses artificial intelligence to generate draft responses.

​

You understand and agree that:

​

• AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate.

• You are responsible for reviewing responses before they are sent.

• We are not liable for business losses, lost sales, misstatements, or reputational damage resulting from AI-generated content.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

 

5. Email Deliverability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

​

• Emails marked as spam or junk

• Delivery delays

• Third-party filtering systems

• Blacklisting of domains

• Changes in email provider policies

Deliverability depends on external email providers and recipient systems beyond our control.

 

6. Data Access & Authorization

By using HelloManny, you grant us permission to:

​

• Access and process customer emails sent to your designated support address

• Store and process customer communication content

• Access connected services (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Calendar) if authorized

You represent that you have the legal right to grant us such access.

 

7. Privacy & Data Handling

We will:

​

• Not sell your customer data

• Not share customer emails or contact information with third parties except as required to provide the service

• Use commercially reasonable security measures

However, no online system is 100% secure.

​

You acknowledge and accept this risk.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

HelloManny shall not be liable for:

​

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Lost profits or revenue

• Loss of business opportunities

• Customer dissatisfaction

• Errors in AI-generated responses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HelloManny harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the service

• Your business operations

• Your customer communications

• Any violation of law or regulation

 

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

 

11. Termination

​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

​

• Abuse

• Illegal activity

• Violation of these terms

• Excessive misuse of the system

 

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
